PINK, OREOS, AND LOTS OF LOVE!

Formal, fancy and frilly, yet charming and elegant. That’s how I would describe the theme of Alyssa and Brian’s wedding. Pinks and golds filled the scene. Pink hand-tuffed (courtesy of Yoj’s incredibly hard-working planners) decorated the ceiling and a photo booth back drop. They spoke their I-Dos at the Veranda at Magnolia Plantation in front of that perfectly romantic white bridge. Their reception was just as dreamy! The meal was sit-down family style. It really felt like one big happy family! At each seat was a little pink box wrapped in a gold ribbon. When a guest found their name on a box, they would open it to find a praline. Such a sweet gesture!

Their wedding was full of fun, personal touches. For instance, they had a second cake: an OREO cake. Literally just Oreos stacked up into a cake shape with a little statuette of a black dog sitting on top. On said dog’s belly read the lovely couple’s initials and wedding date. It was the cutest! And I kid you not, every time I see a picture of the sacred mountain of Oreos, I’m suddenly starving and I convince myself that the only remedy is Oreos. Truly.

Anyways, enough about me and my Oreo obsession. Another super fun piece of the wedding decor is that photo booth! In all honesty, it’s probably the most creative and well put-together photo booth I’ve ever seen. A gorgeous white love seat took place in front of a frilled, pink wall. I know I already mentioned this, but can you believe that the photo booth wall and that amazing ceiling center piece was all hand-tuffed?! That’s another reason why this photo booth is so impressive!

Alyssa was so angelic. Really, she was. And her dress was absolutely charming! Brian is a true gentleman and the way he looked at his glowing bride was just too sweet. They are such a lovely couple with the most creative ideas. Styling with them was such an honor. Thank you, Alyssa, and thank you, Brian, for allowing us to help put this most special day together with you. Cheers!
