From previously running The Trawler Restaurant on Shem Creek with her father, Horst Semper, to serving as Special Events Manager for the Greater Charleston Restaurant Association, Monique takes great pride in creating personalized events and has always maintained the ultimate goal of executing the client’s vision and making their wedding day as seamless and enjoyable as possible while maximizing the wedding budget.
